Ingredients

  • 12 Sunbake Chocolate Hot
    Cross Buns
  • 150 ml ready-made chocolate icing
  • 6 mini white marshmallows – halved
  • 6 large white marshmallow – halved
  • 150 ml ready-made white icing
  • White easy-melt chocolate
  • Pink food colouring

Directions

Place about 20 choc melts into a small Ziploc bag and microwave for 20 – 30 seconds or until melted. Snip a small corner off and pipe 12 little feet shapes onto parchment paper. Allow to cool. Using pink food colouring, paint pads on the feet.

Spread chocolate icing on the top of each hot cross bun, then set aside.

Soften the white icing slightly until creamy (can microwave for 5 seconds if necessary). Spread over the halved large marshmallow, which will form the bunny bottom, then repeat with the smaller halved marshmallow for the tail. Stick the tail to the body, then stick these onto the top of the hot cross bun. Finally, position the feet onto the bunny body.
