Ingredients

  • 2 Sunbake Sesame Seed Buns
  • Mixed lettuce leaves
  • 100 ml Cottage cheese
  • 1 Small sweet red pepper – seeded and sliced
  • 6 – 8 Cucumber slices
  • 4 Cherry tomatoes sliced
  • ¼ Avocado, peeled and sliced
  • Microgreens and/or sprouts
  • 1 Spring onion, sliced
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Julienne carrot curls to garnish

Directions

Cut the buns in half and on each half, layer the lettuce, cottage cheese, peppers, cucumber, tomato and avocado. Season and garnish with sprouts, spring onion and thinly julienned carrot.
