Ingredients

  • 12 Sunbake white and/or brown slices
  • Filling of choice
    (tuna mayonnaise, egg mayonnaise, cheese
    and tomato, etc)
  • 2 Vienna sausages
    cut into ¼’s
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 8 cubes of cheese
  • 8 slices cucumber
  • Wooden skewers

Directions

Make the sandwiches using your favourite fillings.

Remove the crusts and cut them into 4 – 6 bite size sandwiches. Now thread the mini sandwiches onto wooden skewers, alternating with the tomato, cheese cube, cucumber and vienna.

You can add or substitute with any other ingredients. Some ideas are: olives, gherkins, strawberries, dried fruit, etc.
