• 2 Slices Sunbake Sliced Brown Bread
  • 50 ml Cottage cheese
  • ½ Avocado
  • 1 Tomato
  • ¼ Small cucumber
  • Sprouts or microgreens
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper


Spread the sliced bread generously with cottage cheese. Now peel and cube the avocado, dice the tomato and cucumber. Gently mix these toppings together and spoon over the sandwich. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and microgreens and serve immediately. If not to be served immediately, squeeze a little lemon over the avocado.
