• 4 Sunbake sesame rolls
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Handful of fresh rocket
  • 8 cheese slices
  • 8 slices back bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • Oil for frying


In a pan with a little oil, fry the onions over a gentle heat for 5 – 10 minutes until they are golden brown.

Cook the bacon. Once cooked, set aside and keep warm. Now fry the eggs to your liking in a little oil.

Whilst cooking the eggs, cut the rolls in half and layer with the cooked onion slices, followed by the rocket. Lay two slices of cheese over this, followed by the fried egg. Replace with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
