• 4 Slices Sunbake Sliced Brown Bread
  • 2 tbls Butter for frying
  • 1 tbls Oil for frying
  • 1 Banana
  • 60 ml Peanut butter

Serve with an almond caramel brittle, ice cream and caramel sauce.


Heat the oil and butter over a medium heat and fry the bread slices on both sides until golden brown. Remove and drain the slices on paper towel. Layer half the toast slices with peanut butter and banana slices. Top with remaining toasts and serve immediately topped with a dollop of ice cream, crushed nut brittle and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
