• 8 slices Sunbake sliced white or brown bread
  • 40 – 50ml mild mayonnaise of your choice
  • 40ml peach chutney
  • 1 avocado – peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 – 2 small packet chutney flavoured chips
  • 40 – 50 g moist sliced biltong


Place 4 slices of bread on a board and spread with mayonnaise. Follow this with the chutney and place the sliced avocado on top. Next, place the chutney chips over this and follow with the sliced moist biltong. Season with freshly ground pepper and cover each sandwich with the remaining slices of bread. Hold carefully whilst cutting in half before eating.
