• 4 x Sunbake cheese rolls
  • 60ml cream cheese,
    plain or smoked ham
  • 2 cooked chicken 
    breasts, sliced
  • Fresh rocket leaves
  • 1 small round
    camembert cheese, sliced
  • Handful of dried
  • Handful of pecan
    nuts, halved
  • 40ml sweet chilli sauce

Directions Cut cheese rolls in half and spread with cream cheese or butter. On the bottom half, arrange rocket leaves followed by sliced chicken breasts. Now follow with the camembert slices and sprinkle over cranberries and caramelised pecan nuts (see below). Finally, drizzle over sweet chilli sauce and top with the bun lid. Caramelised pecans: Place nuts in a dry frying pan, sprinkle over castor sugar and cook over a medium heat – stirring constantly until the nuts caramelise. Allow to cool.
