- 6 Sunbake cheese rolls
- 6 beef patti’s
- 60 – 80ml chakalaka or more if preferred
In a little oil in a frying pan cook the pattis to your liking. Cut the cheese roll in half and place the cooked patti on the bottom half. Top with chakalaka sauce and cover with the top half of the cheese roll. Eat whilst the patti is still warm and be careful of the drips!
