Ingredients

  • 6 Sunbake seeded cocktail rolls
  • Butter or margarine for
    spreading – optional
  • 2 – 3 Lettuce leaves, washed
    and dry
  • 6 ready sliced cheese
  • 12 thin slices of chicken polony
  • 3 large cherry tomatoes, sliced

Directions

Slice the seeded rolls in half and spread cut sides with butter. Place the lettuce leaves over this, followed by the cheese slices (cut in half if necessary). Now fold slices of polony in half and divide these slices amongst the rolls. Finish with a few slices of cherry tomatoes, and a sprinkling of seasoning – all that remains is to position the other half of the seeded roll on the top.
