• 2 Slices Sunbake Sliced White Bread
  • 30 – 40 ml Cream cheese
    (room temperature)
  • ¼ Small cucumber, sliced thinly
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Microgreens to garnish


Place the bread slices onto a board and spread with the cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper and arrange the thinly sliced cucumber on top. Cream cheese can be seasoned with some freshly chopped dill if preferred.
