• 4 Sunbake Cocktail Rolls,
    seeded and/or lunch buns
  • 30 ml Pesto sauce
  • 30 ml Cream cheese, at room temperature
  • Mixed lettuce leaves
  • 4 Slices mozzarella or other cheese
  • 8 Cucumber slices
  • 8 Slices of sundried tomato or fresh sliced
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper


Cut each cocktail roll in half without cutting through completely. Spread with pesto and/or cream cheese. Follow by layering with the cheese slices, cucumber and tomato – season and serve.
