• 2 Sunbake Seeded Rolls
  • 30 ml Cream cheese (room temperature)
  • Mixed lettuce leaves
  • 4 Slices strong cheese
  • 4 Slices country ham
  • 20 ml Dijon mustard
  • ½ Tomato, sliced
  • ½ Avocado, peeled and sliced
  • Microgreens
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper


Cut the rolls in half without cutting through completely. Spread the inside with cream cheese and mustard if using. Follow by layering with lettuce, cheese slices, ham, tomato and avocado slices. Season and top with microgreens and close the roll to serve.
