• 2 Sunbake Cheese Rolls
  • 2 Vegetable burger patties
  • Mixed lettuce leaves
  • 20 ml BBQ mayonnaise or
    other burger dressing
  • 6 Cucumber slices
  • ½ Tomato, sliced
  • ½ Avocado, peeled and sliced
  • 1 Spring onion, thinly sliced


Cook the veggie patties according to packaging instructions and keep warm. Cut each roll in half and on the bottom half of each roll, layer with the dressing, lettuce, cooked patty, cucumber, tomato and avo slices. Sprinkle with the spring onion and top with the roll lid. Serve immediately.
