Chip & Sauce SandwichMakes 2 sandwiches
Ingredients
4 slices Sunbake sliced brown
or white bread
2 large potatoes
Oil for frying
30 ml tomato sauce
Directions
Peel and cut the potatoes into chips. Deep-fry the chips in hot oil. Once cooked, drain and sprinkle lightly with salt. Place 2 slices of the bread on a board and spread with tomato sauce. Top this with the freshly cooked hot chips. Cover with the remaining slice of bread, cut the sandwich in half and enjoy!
