Beans & Avocado on ToastMakes 4 slices
Ingredients
4 slices Sunbake white or
brown bread
1–2 tins baked beans
1 avocado, peeled and sliced
Fresh rocket
Directions
Whilst toasting the bread, gently heat the baked beans. Spoon the beans onto the toast and top with avocado slices and a sprig or two of fresh rocket.
