Banana, Jam and Peanut Butter ToastieServes 2
4 Slices Sunbake Sliced Brown Bread
2 tbls Butter for frying
1 tbls Oil for frying
60 ml Peanut butter
Serve with jam or ice cream
Heat the oil and butter over a medium heat and fry the bread slices on both sides until golden brown. Remove and drain the slices on paper towel. Layer half the toast slices with peanut butter and banana slices. Top with remaining toasts and serve immediately topped with a jam or dollop of ice cream.
