Hot Chip and Tomato Sauce SandwichMakes 2 sandwiches

Ingredients

4 slices Sunbake sliced brown
or white bread
2 large potatoes
Oil for frying
30ml tomato sauce

Directions

Peel and cut the potatoes into chips. Deep fry the chips in hot oil, once cooked drain and sprinkle lightly with salt. Place 2 slices of the bread on a board and spread with tomato sauce. Top this with the freshly cooked hot chips. Cover with the remaining slice of bread, cut sandwich in half and enjoy!
