Sunbake Hot Cross Bun
Ingredients
6 Sunbake Hot Cross Buns
4 eggs, at room temperature
1/3 cup caster sugar
500ml cream
Directions
Preheat: Oven to 160°C.
Prep Buns: Halve and chop hot-cross buns.
Whisk & Soak: Mix eggs, sugar, and cream. Soak buns for 5 mins.
Arrange & Bake: Place in a dish, dip bun tops, bake for 15 mins covered, then 10-15 mins uncovered until set.
Decorate & Serve: Add Easter Eggs, dust with icing sugar, and enjoy!
