• 1 slice Sunbake white
  • 1 slice Sunbake brown
  • 20ml creamy yellow cheese spread
  • 5ml spreadable butter
    or margarine
  • 20ml biltong powder 
    (Or use any other
    contrasting colour spreads
    for this recipe
    eg peanut butter
    spread and jam)


Spread cheese spread on one slice so as to cover the slice completely. Now butter the remaining slice and sprinkle over the biltong powder.

Using a large shaped cookie cutter (simple shapes work best) or template, carefully press out the chosen shape in the centre of both bread slices. Now swop the centres of each slice. Use a selection of veggies to decorate.
